Rates, Reservations, & Other Inn-Particulars

Room Rates

Our rates are $149 - $350 per night/per room; based on double occupancy. All charges are subject to the Governor's State Tax of 7%.

All accommodations have private bathrooms and cable television.
A hearty breakfast is served daily.
Early coffee and tea served daily.
Haven By The Sea is a smoke-free environment.
The Inn is suitable for children age 12 and over.
Pets are not invited.
Private parking is available for all guests.
Air conditioned guestrooms.
High-Speed Wireless Internet service is available.

Deposits

We require the full amount for one night's stay and 50% for two or more night's stay. Deposit must be received within 7 days after a reservation is made. If an advance deposit is made by credit card, the charge will be processed at the time the reservation is made. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Balance is due upon check-out.

Payment Options

Payment options are cash, travelers' checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or corporate check.

Cancellations

Deposits are refundable only if notified 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Should cancellations become necessary for any reason within that time, refunds are made only if the room is re-rented for the entire period. There will be a $30 service charge on all cancellations. No refunds for early departure; weather is not guaranteed, and no refund for bad weather.

To ensure room availability, reservations should be made well in advance. Please note that this is a REQUEST for reservation. Complete the form below and email it to us by clicking "SEND". We check our email daily and will respond to you via the method of your choice below. If you choose to have us contact you by e-mail or fax, we will need you to call us with a credit card number in order to book your room.

PLEASE, DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO US. If you prefer, you may fax your credit card information along with your name, the date of your arrival, and phone number to us at 1-207-646-4194. To ensure room availability, reservations should be made well in advance.
